GOOD-ARK
Diodes, rectifiers, MOSFETs, transistors and semiconductor protection devices
About the manufacturer
Good-Ark Semiconductor specializes in discrete semiconductor devices for rectification, protection and switching. The manufacturer offers a broad range of components used in power supplies, industrial electronics, consumer equipment and automotive-related applications. Its product families cover both standard silicon functions and devices intended for faster or lower-loss power conversion.
The portfolio includes switching, Schottky and Zener diodes, standard and fast-recovery rectifiers, bridge rectifiers, MOSFETs and transistors, together with selected protection and sensor-related devices. A wide choice of voltage, current and package options allows parts to be selected for everything from compact signal paths to mains rectification and higher-current power stages.
In real circuits, discrete semiconductors must withstand both continuous and transient stress. Rectifiers may need to tolerate repetitive load current and short inrush pulses, while protection devices must absorb surges without exceeding their thermal capability. For MOSFETs, gate-drive conditions and switching charge are important in addition to RDS(on). Reverse voltage, current rating, forward drop, leakage, recovery time, surge capability and package thermal resistance should therefore be evaluated together when specifying a Good-Ark component.
Applications
GOOD-ARK components perform common rectification, protection and switching functions in power and signal paths.
