Designed specifically for outdoor edge AI applications, the AIE810-ONX delivers exceptional AI performance, reliability and versatility in environments such as smart cities, traffic management and car park operations.
Designed for harsh environments, the AIE810-ONX supports a wide input voltage range of 9 to 36 VDC with Smart Ignition, ensuring stable operation in outdoor installations. The system supports NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano modules with Super Mode, delivering up to 157 TOPS of AI performance to accelerate real-time image recognition and machine learning tasks.
Exceptional Flexibility and Expandability
The AIE810-ONX offers extensive I/O connectivity options, enabling a wide range of artificial intelligence deployments in outdoor environments. With two PoE ports, the system allows for direct power supply and data transmission to IP cameras and sensors, simplifying installation and reducing cabling complexity. The device is also equipped with isolated 8-channel digital I/O for device control and an M.2 Key M slot designed for high-speed NVMe SSDs. Additional expansion options, such as 5G/LTE/Wi-Fi 6E modules, enable users to create real-time applications with high bandwidth and reliable wireless communication at the network edge.
Optimized for Super Mode with Up to 1.7x Performance in Harsh Outdoor Conditions
Built to fully unlock the capabilities of NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Jetson Orin Nano with Super Mode, the AIE810-ONX supports NVIDIA JetPack 6.2 and above, delivering up to 1.7x higher AI inference performance for compute-intensive edge workloads. Axiomtek has enhanced the system with an optimized thermal architecture, ensuring stable, fanless operation while maintaining the system’s compact, IP67-rated design. Thanks to this advanced thermal engineering, the AIE810-ONX can sustain Super Mode performance across a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C, making it ideal for year-round deployment in extreme environments.

Equipped with Smart Ignition technology, the AIE810-ONX supports flexible power sequencing for vehicle and mobile deployments. It also supports with Allxon Device Management Solution (DMS), enabling 24/7 remote monitoring, control, and over-the-air updates via a centralized cloud platform.
