New QXG6 and QXG7 ultrasonic generators from Beijing Yongda Ultrasonic

Beijing Yongda Ultrasonic is expanding its range of generators for industrial ultrasonic cleaning systems with the QXG6 and QXG7 series. The new units combine adjustable power, a broad selection of operating frequencies, and control and diagnostic functions, allowing operating parameters to be matched to the cleaning system and process requirements.

Power and frequency ranges

The generators are available as the QXG6-1500 and QXG7-1500, with ultrasonic power from 600 to 1,500 W, and the QXG6-3000 and QXG7-3000, with power from 1,800 to 3,000 W. The models rated up to 1,500 W cover a frequency range of 17–200 kHz, while the models rated up to 3,000 W cover 17–40 kHz. All units offer 0–100% power adjustment and remote ultrasonic ON/OFF control via a contact signal.

QXG6 and QXG7 control features

The QXG6 series features a digital control panel and a timer adjustable up to 9,999 seconds. The QXG7 stands out with a 4.3-inch touchscreen designed to simplify operation and process parameter settings. This series also offers a timer of up to 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds, along with an anti-noise function intended to reduce unwanted sound during operation. Both series include a fault alarm and one-button intelligent matching as standard.

Expansion and integration options

Depending on the configuration, the generators can be equipped with RS485 communication using the Modbus RTU protocol, bath temperature control from 0 to 100°C, support for multi-frequency transducers (two, three or four frequencies), and an external controller with an 8 m cable. Optional Wi-Fi, Ethernet and 4G connectivity modules are also listed by the manufacturer. These features can support integration with production-line automation and more advanced cleaning stations.

The units are available in horizontal and vertical versions, measuring 380 × 220 × 90 mm and 380 × 90 × 220 mm respectively. The two housing orientations make it easier to select a generator for the available space in a control cabinet or at a workstation.
