Wolfspeed is expanding its portfolio with an entirely new line of 3300 V SiC power modules, designed for 24/7 operation in critical infrastructure for AI data centers and other high‑reliability applications.
These modules, built using Gen4 SiC MOSFET technology, enable designers to create more compact, efficient, and reliable systems in an environment of constantly increasing energy demand.
Both module families allow designers to transition to two‑level architectures with DC link voltages above 2 kV, reducing the number of power stages, increasing efficiency, and significantly lowering switching losses.
